Keva reduces carbon footprint by building wooden residential properties

Keva’s 5-year vision is for at least 10 percent of its residential properties to be built in wood and, depending on their location, use renewable energy only, says Keva's Head of Real Estate.

Finland's largest pension provider Keva is revamping its sustainable real estate investments strategy and has signed a letter of intent with Suomen Puukerrostalot Oy to build 1,000 wooden residential units in the next 3-5 years.
