Clean energy investments in Sweden leap 212 percent in H1 2019

While the three largest markets – China, the US, and Europe – all saw a decrease in clean energy investments during the first six months of 2019, Sweden leaped 212 percent to USD 2.5bn.

This year’s first six months have seen different market patterns in clean energy investments. According to the most recent figures by BloombergNEF (BNEF), clean energy investments in Europe generally decreased 4 percent compared to the first half of 2018, Swedish investments in clean energy increased 212 percent to USD 2.5bn.
