Moody's and S&P enter market for ESG ratings

The credit rating agencies have joined the battle to become leading providers of ESG scores.

Two of the big credit rating agencies, Moody’s and S&P Global, are elbowing their way into a new market, offering separate ESG scores on companies in addition to traditional assessments of credit worthiness, according to the Financial Times.
