Survey: 8 out of 10 Swedes want sustainable pension savings

Company pensions in Sweden are far from sustainable although majority of Swedish employees want and expect them to be based on sustainable investments.

While 8 out of 10 employees in Sweden want sustainable pension savings, only 8 of 29 large Swedish companies have a strategy for sustainable company pension schemes. Consequently, there is an obvious gap between preferences and actual requirements by companies when procuring pension schemes according to an annual survey – Blind Spot Survey – that pension company SSP has completed.
