
Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners is looking to develop plans for more energy islands, including in Germany where the infrastructure fund is preparing a feasibility study for an energy island in the German part of the North Sea alongside German investor Allianz.
The energy island is intended to connect to major offshore wind farms with the aim of supplying renewable energy at scale to the German market.
