Pension funds divided over investing in Israeli banks

While some pension funds choose to exclude Israeli banks from their investment universe, others stay put.

Danish pension funds AkademikerPension, AP Pension and Industriens Pension have all invested in Israeli banks, while Pensam, Sampension, Topdanmark and Lærernes Pension all have Israeli banks on their exclusion lists, according to a report compiled by Danish business daily Børsen. Pension company PKA has invested in three and excluded one Israeli bank.
