Politicians more important than investors on the big issues, oil fund ethics council says

The independent Council on Ethics of Norway’s mighty oil fund has a significant role to play in its engagement work, the executive head of the council’s secretariat says. Nevertheless, she finds it necessary to add a caveat to this statement.
