Formuepleje breaks into real estate with first property fund
From now on, the investment manager's clients will also be able to invest in residential properties, and the DKK 50 billion firm launches a new fund, with an CEO and advisory board with solid experience in the the real estate sector.
Investment manager Formuepleje, which has securities for more than DKK 50 billion (EUR 6.7 billion) under management, is entering the real estate investment market. The firm is launching a new fund, Formuepleje Ejendomme 1 P/S, according to a press release.
