Independent asset manager Formuepleje has raised all the equity capital it was aiming for for its first property fund – and more – in just three weeks, the firm says in a press release.

By the end of the subscription period on Nov. 30, investors had signed up for DKK 125 million (EUR 16.8 million) of new equity shares in Formuepleje Eiendom 1 – the maximum subscription set for the fund. A total of 74 investors have subscribed for shares in the fund, which required a minimum investment of DKK 750,000. This puts the average investment at just under DKK 1.7 million, with the largest investment being DKK 20 million.
