Bankinvest reshuffle: Fires CFO and hires new COO

The Danish bank-owned asset manager has found a new COO -- as yet unnamed -- while its CFO is being fired because the firm needs "a different personal profile".

The asset manager Bankinvest, which is owned by 40 Danish banks, has re-jigged its management team, according to an announcement on Thursday.

The reshuffle is a result of the dismissal earlier this year of Christina Larsen, who had been the General Manager of BI Management and Director of Bankinvest since 2007. According to Bankinvest Chairman Lars Mølle, she was dismissed on grounds of inter-personal difficulties.
