Formuepleje plans third property fund after DKK 300 million in 6 months

The asset manager is closing its second property fund, having raised DKK 300 million in six months in the property market. Formuepleje's CEO says a third fund is now in the pipeline.

Back in the fall of 2017, asset manager Formuepleje announced that it would enter the property investment market.

The firm established a new fund under the name Formuepleje Ejendomme 1 with the aim of investing in residential property in Denmark's four largest cities: Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense, and Aalborg.
