As from 1 July, Cobblestone becomes property manager for the German-based asset manager Patrizia, holding European asset of almost DKK 300 billion, according to Patrizia.

"The portfolio is very interesting, and we're proud of the confidence Patrizia shows us. We got a portfolio from Patrizia a couple of years ago, and it seems we passed the test," says Rasmus Juul-Nyholm, CEO of Cobblestone in the announcement.
