Asset manager sells its property management business

The asset manager Patrizia gets rid of its property management business and sticks to asset management. Five employees will be transferred to Cobblestone.

As from 1 July, Cobblestone becomes property manager for the German-based asset manager Patrizia, holding European asset of almost DKK 300 billion, according to Patrizia.
