Taurus wins contract to manage AM Formuepleje's properties

Having entered the Danish property investment market a year ago, asset manager Formuepleje has now found the right company to manage its properties.

Asset manager Formuepleje has picked Taurus Ejendomsadministration to manage its real estate portfolios, Taurus writes in a company announcement.

Formuepleje made its first foray into the Danish real estate market in the fall of 2017. The firm has launched two funds with total investment of more than DKK 300 million (EUR 40 million) -- Formuepleje Ejendomme 1 and Formuepleje Ejendomme 2, respectively.
