Formuepleje plans DKK 5 billion IPO in 2020

Formuepleje is preparing for an IPO in the first half of 2020, the firm's CEO Niels B. Thuesen tells business daily, Finans. The plans to list the company's stock have been on the drawing board for a long time.

Danish asset manager Formuepleje is planning to hold an IPO within the next 18 months. The lomg term target of the market value is about DKK 5 billion (EUR 670 million), says CEO Niels B. Thuesen in an interview with Finans.
