Sweden’s East Capital snaps up Monyx Asset Management

Emerging markets specialist manager East Capital is buying Swedish fund manager Monyx from Copenhagen-listed NewCap.

East Capital in Sweden is entering into a deal to acquire the Swedish asset management firm Monyx from NewCap, a Danish firm focusing on Swedish investments which is also selling off its specialist advisory and insurance intermediary activities to Sweden's PO Söderberg & Partners as part of the same transaction.
