Castellum demonstrates record-high property deals – however Denmark is ostracized

According to the annual report, the transaction volume in the property manager group was record high in 2018, however, Denmark was not to be found on the list of largest transactions. Top four transactions were closed in Sweden and one in Finland.

Swedish-based property investor, Castellum, holds a major portfolio in Denmark, however, in 2018, Denmark was ostracized, and the major part of the deals were closed in Sweden.
