Brutalist freight terminal fully occupied – and Swedish owner wants more

After Kammeradvokaten (legal advisor to the Danish government) signed the lease agreement, all 30,000 square meters of the old freight terminal in the city center of Copenhagen are now fully occupied. "Our appetite in Denmark is huge, and you will see more of that in 2019," says the CIO of Genesta, which paid approx EUR 70 million for the property.
