Swedish investor takes action - plans Danish acquisitions worth EUR 50m

Swedish SBB has bought Copenhagen real estate and signed declarations of intent for another five Danish properties, the company announces. Additional acquisitions in Denmark are on the table.

Swedish listed real estate company Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget (SBB), which has struggled to enter the Danish real estate market, may add Danish properties worth over EUR 50m to its portfolio this summer.
