International investor purchases Danish real estate totaling EUR 174m

The transaction represents Axa's second investment in Danish residential properties. Earlier this year, the asset manager bought 78 units in Copenhagen suburb.

French asset manager Axa Investment Managers (Axa IM) has completed yet another acquisition of Danish residences, expanding its portfolio with 396 apartments in Copenhagen, including newly-built properties and a forward-purchase that remains under development.
