Artha invests in yet another real estate project: Pulling a 10 percent return

The Danish wealth manager has purchased a residential property in coastal town Rungsted, north of Copenhagen. A 10 percent return is a sweet deal in the current market, CEO says to EjendomsWatch. The transaction value remains undisclosed but estimates are close to EUR 10m.
