SEB forced to liquidate PE fund in Luxembourg

A private equity fund in Luxembourg managed by Swedish financial group SEB has been forced to close down as it can no longer ensure risk diversification.

Swedish asset manager SEB is set to close its SEB Private Equity Opportunity Fund I after the Luxembourg regulator CSSF deemed the fund could not be prolonged.
