Real estate investment company approaches family offices

Small listed real estate company Copenhagen Capital has spotted new opportunities in real estate investments alongside partners. CEO looks to strengthen the connection with wealthy family companies, he says in an interview with EjendomsWatch. He has already sealed his first deal.

Its acquisition of two properties in the heart of Copenhagen earlier this summer has opened up Copenhagen Capital, whose balance is around EUR 67m, to a new and different investment model.
