Patrizia buys Danish real estate for Germany's largest pension fund

On behalf of Germany's largest pension fund BVK and Universal-Investment, the asset manager purchases residential units covering 8,700 sq m for completion this and next year. The recent acquisition grows Patrizia's total assets under management in Denmark to EUR 1.4bn.
