Alecta invests EUR 577m in Heimstaden Bostad, committing to an additional EUR 700m

Alecta's investment of EUR 577m reflects a positive view on real assets in general and residential assets in particular, says Alecta Head of International Real Assets.

Pension fund Alecta is investing EUR 577m in residential real estate company Heimstaden Bostad and has committed to an equity contribution worth EUR 699m in the company's future development.
