More than 70 funds have disappeared in Sweden over the past 12 months

According to Dagens Industri, the reasons behind closures and mergers are poor management, increased costs, and tougher requirements on Fondtorget.

With the help of research company Morningstar, Swedish business newspaper Dagens Industri has dug into the cemetery of the fund industry and found that as many as 70 funds have disappeared over the past 12 months. ´
