Newsec expects transactions for up to EUR 3.3bn in Denmark before the turn of the year as international investors have high appetite for real estate

Consultant company Newsec Advisory expects to complete investment properties for somewhere between EUR 7.4bn and EUR 8bn in Denmark by the end of this year. Furthermore, it expects a similar volume for 2020.
