Sold Copenhagen retail street property involved in EUR 65m transaction by BMO Real Estate Partners

Canadian investor's entry in the Danish market in October is part of a major European transaction. According to fund manager, the property adds diversification to the fund's portfolio.

An about 3,600 sq m property in Copenhagen prime retail street Vimmelskaftet – which EjendomsWatch reported sold in October – is part of major investments for the Best Value Europe II fund, which invests in retail property across Europe, writes BMO Real Estate Partners, which is the investor behind the fund, in a press release on Monday.
