EQT Real Estate sells Technologiepark portfolio to TPG Real Estate

EQT initially acquired the Technologiepark portfolio near Cologne’s business district out of insolvency at a substantial discount in late 2016.

EQT Real Estate Fund has completed its first exit in Germany, EQT announces. The fund has sold its TechnologiePark portfolio near Cologne’s business district to TPG Real Estate Partners for an undisclosed sum. TPG Real Estate is the real estate platform of global alternative asset firm TPG.
