Huge potential in new field for Norwegian oil fund

The Norwegian government opened the new Johan Sverdrup oil field on Tuesday. According to Prime Minister Erna Solberg, Norway's projected income from the field is EUR 91 billion.

Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg, Oil & Energy Minister Sylvi Listhaug and CEO of state-owned oil company Equinor, Eldar Sætre, officially opened the Johan Sverdrup oil field in The North Sea on Tuesday, reports Norwegian business newssite Dagens Næringsliv.
