Swedish asset manager aims to sell Copenhagen real estate projects

Catella wants to sell its 'cactus towers' in the Dybbølsbro area of Copenhagen, which will be used as student housing when they are completed in 2022. The asset manager wants to sell the project when there are commercial advantages, but it is hard to say when this will be, says Catella's head of real estate in Denmark.
