Patrizia makes EUR 100m acquisition in Sweden

The German asset manager takes over 427 newly constructed units in South Sweden, which brings Patrizia's total real estate portfolio in the Nordics to just under DKK 13bn.

German Patrizia, which invests in real estate on behalf of European pension funds, has taken over a building project near Malmö in South Sweden, which is run by the developer Slättö. The price amounts to around EUR 100m, according to Patrizia.
