From sleepless nights to wildest career experience: Covid-19 effects behind 98 percent return at Copenhagen-based hedge fund

Two Danes behind a thematic hedge fund managed to create impressive return in 2020. Returns were accelerated by the corona outbreak, one of the two co-founders and portfolio managers tells AMWatch. Going forward, they are positioning the fund for change in the interest rate and inflation regime.

In 2020, Copenhagen-based hedge fund St Petri L/S obtained a total return of 98.3 percent, taking the lead among the Nordic equity hedge funds, according to Hedge Nordic.
