The US-based asset manager has now divested some of its Nordea equities and now owns less than 5-percent of the outstanding shares in the Nordic financial group.

Blackrock has sold off some of its Nordea stock and now holds less than 5 percent of the bank's consolidated equity, Nordea informs in a statement Monday evening.
