Norway's DNB predicts retail savings will double compared to pre-pandemic levels

The Norwegian savings rate has more than doubled during the pandemic, boosting retail inflows at DNB Asset Management. Executive Group Vice President and Head of Wealth Management, Håkon Hansen, believes that the savings rate will stay at around double compared to before the pandemic.

Although net inflow from the retail segment declined slightly in the second quarter of the year, Executive Group Vice President and Head of Wealth Management, Håkon Hansen, is still very optimistic for the future.
