CapMan passes EUR 4bn in AUM, reshuffles administration

Earnings are up, while positive valuation upgrades boost CapMan's bottom line to a double-digit profit in EUR millions in H1 this year. The asset manager has also increased its investments within real estate worth a billion-euro sum against the same period last year.

Nordic asset manager CapMan delivers substantial growth in the first half of 2021, shows its H1 interim report.

Assets under management swell to EUR 4.33bn, EUR 2.83 of which are invested in real estate. These figures were EUR 3.15bn and EUR 1.87bn at the same time last year.
