PFA invests EUR 13.5m in private equity fund

A private equity fund with a focus on small and medium-sized firms has received committed capital of EUR 100.9m and is now closed to new investors.

The Danish private equity fund Blue Equity III, which invests in small and mid-sized firms, is now closed to new investors after Denmark’s largest commercial pension fund PFA has invested DKK 100m (EUR 13.5m) in the fund. Commitments totaling DKK 750m (EUR 100.9m) have also been given from several different investors, reports Danish business media Finans.
