AXA acquires Nordic logistics properties in major trade

A portfolio of 20 logistics properties and a total of 515,000 square kilometers across the Nordic region waves goodbye to an NREP fund, instead changing hands to asset manager AXA Investment Managers, which has clear growth ambitions in the region.

French asset manager AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) has just acquired 515,000 square kilometers of logistics properties from NREP in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark, parties inform AMWatch's Danish sister media, EjendomsWatch, in a statement.
