Swedish fund manager Captor has launched a brand-new fixed income fund, a global short duration corporate bond product called Aster Global Credit Short-Term.

According to the manager, it’s a sister fund to Aster Global Credit, which is a UCITS fund with daily liquidity. The new product will have a duration risk that is shorter than 12 months and is meant to be an alternative to the traditional Swedish short-duration corporate bond funds, as the aim is to offer better liquidity and diversification. Captor will invest in 200 issuers from Europe and North America.
