Regulator approves new Swedish mortgage bond fund

Capital raising and marketing of the new fund can now begin, according to the Spiltan-backed credit company.

Swedish manager Spiltan Invest’s portfolio company Hejmo Kredit announced the launch of its new mortgage bond fund this year. Hejmo is a new challenger on the Swedish EUR 400bn mortgage industry that will target institutional investors, which was reported by AMWatch in the beginning of the year.
