Nykredit signs new SparInvest deal with partnering banks

A few years after acquiring 75% of SparInvest’s shares, Nykredit is ready to return shares to the banks that sell the asset manager’s products.

According to Danish business daily Børsen, Nykredit has signed a new agreement with the 41 banks selling investment products from SparInvest. This means that Denmark’s second-largest asset manager is ready to give up its majority ownership of SparInvest.
