Söderberg & Partners raises almost EUR 200m for expansion

The insurance brooker increases its share of the company through a new share issue. The money will primarily be spent on expansion in the UK and Spain.

Nordic financial advisor and insurance broker Söderberg & Partners, established in Sweden, has raised SEK 2.3bn (EUR 197m) in a share issue aimed at American minority shareholder KKR.
