ATP gives up fight with tax authorities

ATP and Canadian Ontario Teachers Pension Plan have given up the fight against the Danish tax authorities regarding their investment in Copenhagen Airports A/S.

The majority owners of Copenhagen Airports, Danish pension fund ATP and Canadian pension fund Ontario Teachers Pension Plan, have raised the white flag in a major showdown with the Danish Ministry of Taxation and will now have to pay a tax bill of more than DKK 1bn (EUR 134.2m)
