BankInvest amps up institutional sales as retail disappoints

Traditionally a retail fund manager, BankInvest has recently landed two institutional mandates and is looking to beef up institutional sales abroad with a new hire, its CEO explains.

Established in 1969 by a large group of Danish banks, BankInvest has received most of its assets under management from retail investors. So far this year, the retail flow has disappointed, the manager’s CEO, Lars Bo Bertram, reveals to AMWatch.
