Analysis: Will Nordic asset managers ever attract more female portfolio managers?

The number of female fund managers in the Nordic asset management industry is very low. And the progress is at a standstill. It collides with a Nordic value of gender diversity and professionalism.

How embarrassing! New numbers reveal the fact that in 2023, female portfolio managers still constitute a small minority in the Nordic asset management industry. It is embarrassing from a Nordic value perspective. It is embarrassing from a professional perspective.
