Sovereign wealth fund to write down Nordic real estate investments

Orange Capital Partners, controlled by Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC, has bought Danish residential properties worth more than EUR 1bn. It is now paying the price for buying at the peak.

The timing has not been favorable for the Dutch real estate investment manager, Orange Capital Partners (OCP), which in the years leading up to 2022 was on an intense acquisition spree in Denmark.
