Finnish asset manager inks large deal with Danish real estate investor

Finnish asset manager Capman acquires three newly built residential properties with a total of 384 rental apartments in Sydhavnen in Copenhagen for a total of DKK 1.24bn (EUR 166.3m), the parties state in a press release.
