More than a third of private banking clients consider leaving Danish bank

Customer satisfaction is increasing at Spar Nord, Nordea and Danske Bank, while it takes a significant dip at Sydbank.

Satisfaction with Sydbank among wealthy clients is declining for the second consecutive year. And to such an extent that more than a third of the bank’s wealthy clients are considering leaving the bank, according to this year’s major survey on wealthy customers’ satisfaction with their bank from the consultancy firm Voxmeter.
