Danish FSA to launch probe into MiFID II compliance in 2018

The Danish Financial Supervisory Agency (FSA) plans to follow up on banks and private equity funds' progress in implementing the MiFID II rules with theme-based studies early next year. The regulator talks to AMWatch in the wake of a new analysis from Morningstar.

The Danish Financial Supervisory Agency (FSA) expects to set theme-based studies in motion early next year to see how banks and private equity funds have implemented the rules of the new MiFID II regulator regime, aimed at increasing transparency for investors, the Danish FSA informs AMWatch.
