
AMWatch has spoken to a number of Danish investors who have all invested in one or more of the funds provided by Danske Private Equity.
Among other things, the criticism was rooted in a general feeling of not having been kept sufficiently informed. Information has been falling behind, and the impression as an investor is that the amount of information given has been inadequate. Henrik Gade Jepsen, head of Danske Asset Management, is particularly concerned about this part of the criticism, because Danske Asset Management has been careful to communicate precisely about the Private Equity process, he tells AMWatch:
