The Danish pension system has been awarded the best in the world several times. However, it is far from perfect.

Years of amendments have resulted in a hodgepodge pension system, which is practically impossible for ordinary Danes to grasp. The three pension fund CEOs FinansWatch met at this year's People's Political Festival on the island of Bornholm agree.
